Bandung Regency, November 11, 2024 – The Master’s Program in Agronomy, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad), successfully organized a Community Service activity at the Sanggar Penelitian Latihan dan Pengembangan Pertanian (SPLPP).

The event, part of the Community Service course, involved 27 participants from the Self-Supporting Farmer Counselors (PPS). They enthusiastically participated in a series of practical demonstrations led by Agronomy Master’s students. Topics covered during the program included:

  • Making botanical pesticides
  • Producing organic liquid fertilizers
  • Plant hybridization techniques
  • Application of plant growth regulators (PGRs)

This initiative reflects the program’s commitment to sustainable agricultural development and its dedication to sharing practical agricultural knowledge with the community.

The success of this activity is credited to the dedication of the students and faculty, as well as the enthusiastic participation of the PPS members. Unpad hopes to continue its impactful contributions to society through similar programs in the future.
